My Neighborhood Walk

In my neighborhood if you don't look for trouble there will be no signs of trouble. That's like saying "If there are no clouds there will be no rain."

On Feburary 27, as I was walking to meet my mother at the supermarket, I saw a blue car with a black bottom. A man and a woman were enjoying some music, like two people at a concert.

Then I saw a girl wearing baby blue jeans and shoes with a white northface coat. She was walking really fast, like she was in a marathon. I saw a black, white, and yellow deli that used to be a vacant lot. It was packed like a full subway. Then I saw a man with a black shirt over a white shirt. I saw it because the black shirt was shorter than the white one. With black jeans and shoes he looked like one of the Men in Black.

Than I saw a brown gate. It had a hole so big you could put your whole hand in. As I walked some more I saw an old man wearing a grey and blue sweater. He looked like he was in his mid 70's. Then, as I turned the corner I saw a red- brick school. It looked about 30 years old. I saw a deli right next to the school. It had been there as long as I could remember. Then, I reached my mom and together we went to the supermarket.
